This metabolic diet which lasts 13 days is not easy, but it is very effective.

If you have interrupted the diet, you can start it again after six months. You can repeat a whole diet only after two years. If you want great results, you should not deviate much from the diet.

DAY 1

Breakfast: black coffee and one sugar cube (mandatory) or tea
Lunch: 2 eggs and a portion of 200 g spinach boiled in water, sliced in a blender + one tomato
Dinner: 200 g steak, uncooked salad with blended green vegetables with olive oil and lemon

DAY 2

Breakfast: black coffee and one sugar cube
Lunch: 200 g of ham and 1 yogurt
Dinner: The same as the first day

DAY 3

Breakfast: Same as the first day, just with a slice of toast
Lunch: 2 boiled eggs, 1 slice of ham and plate of blended spinach as the first day of
Dinner: 1 boiled celery medium size, 1 tomato

DAY 4

Breakfast: Same as the first day, just with a slice of toast
Lunch: freshly squeezed orange or apple, 1 yogurt
Dinner: 1 boiled egg, carrot, 1 large bowl whey

DAY 5

Breakfast: 1 large carrot with lemon juice
Lunch: 200 g salmon/trout with lemon, chopped or grilled with hot melted margarine
Dinner: 200g stewed steak, fat-free salad blended green vegetables with olive oil and lemon + a little raw celery

DAY 6

Breakfast: Like the first day with a toast
Lunch: 2 eggs, 1 large carrot
Dinner: 250 g chicken (half chicken breast), grilled or cooked, blended with the cooked spinach with lemon and olive oil.

DAY 7

Breakfast: Sugar-free tea
Lunch: Nothing but water
Dinner: 200 g grilled mutton, 1 apple

DAY 8

Breakfast: Coffee with sugar cube
Lunch: 2 eggs, 200 g of boiled spinach + 1 tomato
Dinner: 200g grilled, non-fat steak, plate of blended spinach with olive oil and lemon

DAY 9

Breakfast: Coffee with one sugar cube
Lunch: Slices of quality ham, 1 yogurt
Dinner: The same as the first day

DAY 10

Breakfast: Same as the first day with a slice of toast
Lunch: 2 eggshells, slice of ham and 1 yogurt
Dinner: 1 boiled celery medium size, 1 tomato

DAY 11

Breakfast: Same as the first day + toast
Lunch: freshly squeezed orange or apple, 1 yogurt
Dinner: 1 boiled egg, carrot, 1 large bowl whey

DAY 12

Breakfast: 1 large carrot with lemon juice
Lunch: 100g cooked salmon with lemon and spoon melted margarine
Dinner: 200g stewed steak, fat-free salad blended green vegetables with olive oil and lemon + a little raw celery

DAY 13

Breakfast: Like the first day with a toast
Lunch: 2 eggs, 1 large lemon squeezer
Dinner: 250 g chicken (half chicken breast), grilled or cooked, blended with the cooked spinach with lemon and olive oil.
