An anonymous mother reveals:

When I switched to an organic – paleo or LCHF diet, one of the greatest torments was the one without chocolate and Nutella? The problem is that I  have a kid of 6 years old who sometimes I have to buy a candy bar or give a cream for breakfast, and therefore we are always “challenged.”

Organic cream from London

The idea came to my mind when we were on our way to London. We bought organic honeycomb silk cream in the organic shop there. Then I decided to throw myself to experiment when we got home.

Eureka! It also made it possible for all domestic ingredients to be available. The taste is definitely better than any chocolate that you can buy at the store or any industrially made cream. It takes 10-15 minutes to make it.

Use natural fat – butter. Instead of artificial sweeteners, sugar or fructose syrup – we use organic honey. The chocolate you make will have more cocoa and a real hazelnut. And most important of all there will be no additives and emulsifiers.

Recipe organic chocolate:

  • 1 measure of butter (cut from the standard cube of 100 gr with a piece of the thickness of your little finger)
  • 5 teaspoon of honey (quite full)
  • 3-5 teaspoons of cocoa
  • 3-5 teaspoons of ground hazelnut

All that is needed – mild hazel, honey, butter, cocoa and mixing bowl.

Put into the mixing bowl a little bit of butter. I usually heat it a little in the microwave to relax, but I do not melt it. Then add one and a half cup of honey and mix until you combine both. I use an organic honey that has natural antibiotics in me.

Then add cocoa and stir well until you get a very fine cream. At the end add minced hazelnuts and bring them together. Everything should be involved at the border between the curves and the solid state. After that, you can put on the aluminum foil a spoon of a mixture and make chocolate “chips” from the picture. Leave in the refrigerator to cool and freely give the children a large amount. After all, it’s just honey, butter, cocoa, and hazelnut. No additives, artificial sweeteners, no lecithin strain. You will know exactly what you have given your child.

Try a little experiment with the amount of cocoa and honey. If you want sweets then more honey, if you want a chocolate that tends to black chocolate more then add more cocoa. In the whole mixture, you can also add salt pies.

Recipe organic cream:

  • 2 large spoons of young unsweetened cream
  • 2 teaspoons of honey
  • 5 teaspoons of cocoa

A young unsweetened cream, which should not be salty or sour, will serve as a basis. Mix in the honey and cocoa as desired. Mix until you get a mixture cream, and then lubricate it on a piece of bread. My little boy loves this Nutella cream more, so now you see.
