We bring you a recipe how to make this tasty vegan salad that you’ll need only 15 minutes to prepare it:

You will need 7 unpeeled pickling cucumbers sliced thin, one cup sliced onions, one cup sliced bell peppers, one tbsp. salt, one cup white vinegar, 2 cups of sugar, one tbsp. celery seed and one tbsp.  mustard seed.

Firstly, you need to mix the cucumbers, onions, peppers and salt in a larger bowl and set them aside. Then put the white vinegar, sugar, celery seed and the mustard seed in a saucepan and bring them to boil. After that remove them from the heat and let it cool for an hour. Pour the mixture over the cucumbers and put it in a jar and store it in the refrigerator. Prepared like this, it can stay up to two months.

We doubt it will stick around that long because is too delicious and it’s awfully nice to have a healthy snack or side in the fridge to heap on your plate any time of day.
