How To Reduce A Bloated Belly
When the stomach swell does not always mean that you have overeaten and now, all the fat you have is in that part of the body.
Bloating stomach is a normal process. Fortunately, it is easily controlled.
Stick to this plan and notice the stomach slowly faltering without strict diets and regimes:
- 2 to 3 minutes massage the part above the navel with 4 fingers, moving circularly.
- Then change the direction of another 2-3 minutes.
This will help to get rid of accumulated gases.
Doing the same movements, you will release, but point your finger much closer to the navel. Push the point marked in the picture and with make circular movements. Of course, it should not hurt.
Massage your lower abdomen in the same way to get rid of the weight feel.
Besides massage, observe these tips:
Start your day with water with lemon – the intake of vitamin C before breakfast regulate processes in the stomach.
Do not drink beverages while eating – so just load and impede digestion, which then leads to bloating.
Do not drink alcohol on an empty stomach – also inhibits digestion and destroy healthy microflora in the gut.
Drink ginger tea – it improves circulation and prevents the formation of gases.
Chew and eat slowly – if chewing quickly, swallowing excess air. This causes bloating.
Relax – every day take 15 minutes of meditation in the fresh air or an easy stroll.
