Some of the fruits that we had bought recently might dry up. As they dry up we think that they should be thrown out. But wait! Did it cross your mind that maybe there could a benefit before throwing them out in the trash?!?

According to this, we will prove you that bananas could be used even if they have dried up. At first, as recently bought fruit, they are very practical as a snack in the park, as a sweetener for green pork juices and smoothies and ultimately as a source of fiber and vitamins.

But when you buy too many bananas, they are kept for too long on your kitchen counter and nobody wants to eat those because of the brown dots that appeared. So the question will be: What to do about it? Are the dark dots healthy and could be used?!? The answer is: YES, OF COURSE!!!

A healthy and delicious solution is a simple banana bread for which you just need only four very simple ingredients – banana, flour, oil, and bicarbonate. You can add the rest to your taste and taste, to enrich your texture and aroma. We provide you a recipe for a vegan version that will delight the consumers who still want to eat healthy.


Vegan banana bread


300 g peeled, ripe banana (2 large)

120 g of coconut oil, dissolved

180 integral fire flour

70 g of coconut sugar

1 teaspoon of grated ginger

To the top of the blade of the bush tone

a pinch of salt

1 teaspoon of baking soda

Lots of ½ lemons

For spreading: almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, sesame seeds


Place the bananas in a bowl and crush them with a fork in a pot. Add dissolved coconut oil and stir well. In the other bowl, mix the flour, sugar, ginger, salt, and sodium bicarbonate. Add the dry ingredients of banana pepper and mix well. Finally, add a half of lemon juice.

Lay the small rectangular breadcrumbs on the baking sheet and arrange the dough on it. Align and sprinkle it with chopped nuts and seeds. Bake in a heated oven at 180˚C for 30 to 40 minutes or until you put the tooth test. Stir in a little cake and carefully remove it from the mold.

You can serve both warm and cold.

Keep the residue in the refrigerator wrapped in transparent foil.

 Extra tip!!!

You can make the cake completely without sugar, a banana dough is enough. If you do not have coconut sugar use any other.

* Instead of tons of grain, you can use spices as desired, such as cinnamon, nutmeg or vanilla.

* If you want to bake this bread for someone who is allergic to nuts simply do not sprinkle them. Replace them with seeds or dried fruit. The possibilities are endless.
