Stress has become a part of everyday life of most people and difficult to avoid. Pay attention to symptoms that indicate that seriously affects your health.

 

  1. Rash

When our body experiences excessive stress, the immune system becomes unstable and the body begins to release histamine to combat the disease.

This  can lead to the loss or gain weight. Stress can also affect the unhealthy habits such as overeating or starvation.

Stress can in many ways interfere with the normal functioning of the digestive system. The most stressed body produces an excess of acid which leads to heartburn. It can also slow the discharge of food from the stomach, which causes gas and bloating, and may even reinforce the painful spasms in the intestines, and the final symptom is diarrhea.

Stress suppresses the immune system which means that we can more easily get sick and we’re going to fight against colds and healing be difficult. The immune system cannot effectively fight viruses and bacteria if you are under a lot of stress.
