The ability for empathy allows us to better understand each other, and they are easier to read their energy. However, this is a feature that can be harmful, so it is important to know how not to be a subject to other people’s emotions and energies.

 

 

If you identify as an overly empathetic person, you might want to take action that you would no longer attach to the things that you have nothing to do. It is important to conserve energy for yourself and the people you love, and that in their system not miss the information, emotion, and energy that you damage and draw strength. Try to make it through these steps:

  1. Explaining

When your good mood suddenly changes and it is preceded with emotions such as fear, pain, sadness, anger, ask yourself who was the person that you interact with last time, what information you received from the environment, and have you attended any unpleasant incident. If so, try to explain yourself that, the emotion you have is not yours, but you had absorbed it from the outside. If you are able to change someone else’s situation, to help someone, to comfort him and to consult, be sure to do so, but if you are not in such a position, tell yourself that you can do nothing. Free yourself from negative feelings so that you will not have to explain to anyone that is not helping to have a bad feeling, and doing such a harm. If you continue to go through all the feelings of others, exhausts his precious strength, rather than invest in something constructive.

  1. Look deeper inside

Ask yourself and what is it in you that makes you feel bad because someone else is wrong. Did you once experience something similar? Are there any feelings for someone which still suppress you? Do you have some false beliefs about someone and the environment fills you with certain emotions? Deal with your problems and start dealing with the negative feelings. Look deeper into yourself. Accept all the suppressed emotions and let them be the way they are, express them and then release them. An important part of this process is forgiveness of self and others, and to all those in our country causes negative emotions.

When you are alone, you have the opportunity to examine, cry or find other ways to get rid of negative emotions.

When you are in contact with a person who does not suit you or you are in an environment that is full of bad energy, visualize around off-white, a transparent shield which does not transmit negative energy and not let other people’s negative emotions to reach you.

 

 

5. Use the power of water

Upon contact with a person who is very negative, will be suitable for you to wash down all that energy off. If you are not able to take a shower, then at least wash your hands. Imagine how the accumulated negative energy is getting ‘off’ from you.

6. Let your emotions out
